CANCELLATION
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. No refund after that.
PROPERTY RULES
* NO FIRES in 1st & 3rd floor fireplaces; they are not working fireplaces & would result in house fire
* Maximum of one dog (no puppies); no pets on furniture
* Parking on our two driveways only - no street or common drive parking (4 cars maximum)
* No bonfires after 10 PM (local law)
* Quiet hours from 9 PM-7 AM (local law); please respect neighbors at all times
* Maximum of 10 guests
* No events or parties
* No smoking on the premises
* Our house is 4-stories and is not child-proofed; please make sure to monitor your child's access to stairs and anything within their reach
* Please reach out with any issues on the property, including damaged items, so we can fix them immediately to ensure you have the best stay possible
* We provide a well-stocked kitchen - please enjoy but do not take supplies home with you; they're there for the next guest too
* Please reach out for prior approval if you would like to request a late checkout
